Description
As part of the Avakin Product team, you will be integral to supporting the game's overall success. Working closely with the internal development and publishing teams you will be an expert in analysing existing data, identifying opportunities and defining the requirements to drive growth for the Avakin game.
You will have a successful track record of owning and delivering full lifecycle product initiatives and features to players and capable of providing retrospective analysis and insights to communicate success and drive further product iteration.
Responsibilities
- To actively contribute to the long-term vision for Avakin and champion our players, thoroughly understand Avakin player needs and remain in tune with the community
- Support ideation, planning, forecasting, and execution of features through the product lifecycle
- Oversee roadmaps and identify growth initiatives to ensure all stages of the player lifecycle are fully optimised and maximise customer lifetime value
- To provide clear specifications, pricing and product information for In App Purchases, feature content updates and game modes
- To provide production and marketing teams with clear product requirements and project briefs
- To help set goals and success criteria for the Avakin product, monitoring, and communicating progress toward KPI targets and business goals
- Work with the product development and live ops team to ensure features and updates are implemented with the optimal user experience and in compliance with platform holders
Requirements
- Product Management experience in free-to-play game development, with a proven track record in live operations
- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends
- Work closely with a multi-disciplined team (Design, Art, Programming & Analytics) to design, scope and implement core features that result in a rewarding gameplay experiences for our players and positively impacts metrics
- Ability to create wire-frames, product specifications and white papers
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience building game features, financial models and defining data needs and measurable KPIs.
- Build knowledge and understanding of data driven insights within the rest of the team through regular communication and the creation of meaningful dashboards and report
