• Create and maintain Documentation & Glossaries for the whole company as requested, plus updating and modernising any existing documentation;
• Write clear documentation for various tools;
• Work with internal teams and obtain a thorough understanding of the product and tools in order to write documentation;
• Help maintain the information architecture;
• Write easy to understand developer guides.
