Responsibilities
- Working with Game Experience Designers, Artists and Marketing teams to eliminate issues of live game events and to validate that these events have reached the targeted quality levels;
- Stay up to date with upcoming events and live changes in the game;
- Understand the difference between setup and client issues, log and track them accordingly;
- Be able to support the development QA team whenever needed;
- Proactively pick up testing requests from Experience Design and Marketing teams;
- Create and maintain testcases when new processes are implemented;
Provide feedback on upcoming events in order to try to improve the user
Requirements
- Some experince in a QA position on either Mobile or Console
- Interest and knowledge of mobile platforms (Amazon, Google Play, Apple)
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency
- To take ownership on the tasks being worked on
