We are looking for a Senior Producer who has a track record in full life cycle development and live games and will work closely with cross functional teams, discipline leads, and product stakeholders to successfully support and deliver across Live Ops and product initiatives for AVAKIN.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships and partnerships across the Dev Team,cross-functional, and company-wide groups delivering into the product,
  • Ensure product updates, key initiatives and dependencies are tracked and delivered effectively and able to clearly and effectively communicate the status of development progress, risks and issues on an ongoing basis;
  • Detail-orientated and an expert at balancing team resources, and building and maintaining production plans to execute against product and development requirements;
  • Be player, product, and quality-focused and able to motivate teams to improve planning, development, and release processes on a continuous basis to meet product vision, roadmap and quality goals.
  • Experienced in Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, Lean) and Waterfall, able to define the most pragmatic process for the situation to plan and manage development efforts;
  • Anticipate and address potential problems like resource blockers, quality concerns, schedule and scope changes;
  • Communicate effectively to ensure these problems are resolved quickly across development teams and to Leadership;
  • Able to succinctly report on status and risks/issues including progress for assigned initiatives, roadmaps, cross-functional production plans, KPIs, and burndowns;
  • Conduct regular, effective retrospectives and post-mortem reviews;
  • Ensure and promote results driven development;
  • Exposure to offshore/remote/distributed teams;
  • Support career development for producers and project manager reports;
  • Champions high standards for the team and support overall team health;
  • Work with 3rd party vendors as required;
  • Actively participate and contribute to change and improvements across the studio!

Requirements

    • Proven experience using AGILE, SCRUM, LEAN and Waterfall on complex mid to large-scale game development projects/live games;
    • Experience with live operations and post-release content development;
    • Team leader experience, inspiring and developing high performing teams;
    • Strong analytical mind, with excellent people and communication capabilities;
    • Experience in multivariate testing, release planning and management;
    • Experience with JIRA or similar project tracking software is essential;
    • Strong communicator (verbal and written) at all levels, from development team to senior stakeholders and management
    • Beneficial: Sound technical understanding of game development, Scrum, PO, PMP certifications, Cross platform development experience in Mobile and PC.
