  • Be the first point of contact for content developers and other employees seeking technical or knowledge assistance;
  • Take care of Relationships between the Dev Team and Other Departments by nurturing a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing;
  • Qualify and document the problems raised by content and core developers that are affecting their ability to complete work, as well as processes within the organisation;
  • Triage JIRA bugs and tasks, establish priorities, assess risks and make sure they’re actioned by the right people;
  • Support Product, Developers and QA during the submission process of release candidates by writing release notes (detailing new features as well as bug fixes) and documenting changelogs.


    • Good at analysing and breaking down questions;
    • Excellent research skills and problem solving skills;
    • Understanding of software development life cycle;
    • Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
    • Willing to constantly learn about new processes, tools, tech, firmwares and excited to research and investigate ways to improve team efficiency;
    • Strong ability to handle responsibility, work under pressure and meet given deadlines;
    • Good troubleshooting skills.
